VC-backed digital health or health tech startup experience Fintech / other highly regulated industries can substitute if no health tech. Experience in smaller companies ideal (10-100 people), unless joined early and scaled with the company Education CS or similar degree from a strong university Hard skills Strong proficiency in modern full-stack web development (React, Vue, TypeScript, Node.js) Has built products for real customers/users and can speak to outcomes (time saved, money saved, adoption, impact) Soft skills Empathy for non-technical users with a knack for constructively pushing back on product decisions. Maker mindset focused on shipping and iteration, with strong communication skills. Miscellaneous Understands basics of healthcare (insurance, provider workflows) to avoid re-education on fundamentals Salary $160K - $220K Equity 0.5 - 1.0% Hybrid work policy Opening our new office soon in Manhattan.
