Job Desiscription : Role requirements Seniority 3 - 8 years of experience in shipping production software across frontend and backend. Work experience Shipped LLM-powered product in production. Built agent/sub-agent orchestration in production. Experience at an early-stage startup, preferably at as a founding engineer or ex-founder. Legal tech or regulated-industry domain experience. Education Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical field. Hard skills Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and SQL. Hands-on production experience with AI tools like Claude Code or GPT APIs. Soft skills Fully autonomous; drives projects end-to-end independently. Uses AI tools as assistive workflow, not blind vibe coding. Miscellaneous US-based with 4+ hours daily ET overlap. Willing to travel to NYC ~1 week per quarter. Experience with modern web technologies, frameworks, and software engineering best practices Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Startup or entrepreneurial experience is a plus Excellent communication and time-management skills Salary $180K - $220K Equity 0.2% – 0.5% equity Remote work policy Remote US-based with a strong preference for NYC.
